Adding to the Gallery

I have been adding my favorite pictures to our group gallery but it is quite hard to keep track of which pictures I have requested to be submitted. So if I have requested your picture to be in our gallery more than once please let me know. I am trying to find a way of keeping track of who I have sent a request to. Thank you
